Brapan of Universe 28's Plotter

Based on the fusion of Universe 28's Bra, a extremely moody, selfish, and vain girl, with Universe 28's Pan, a girl who seeks adventure and to protect her friends while exploring and just having fun. Bra being the stronger of the two is the more influencing personality. 

Brapan is not someone who makes friends easily. Even though she can be friendly and even nice on occasion (particularly due to Pan's influence), her self absorbed demeanor and general inability to stay out of both verbal and physical fights, make her just as much of a pain in the ass as she tends to see other people as. Still, if you can get past her tough outer shell you may be able to see the good person that really just wants to protect those she cares for inside. This may not change the distaste you may get when you realize her method is to be a total power monger who aims for constant new levels of power. 

Brapan is much more friendly to children. Often going out of her way to protect them and creates (often very short term) a big sister like relationship. She also will give a warrior stronger than her a certain amount of respect. Usually saying they aren't as boring or that they are her new challenge.



Being marked as someone Brapan doesn't like is pretty easy. She dislikes, become bored by, or is annoyed with weak people, overly nice people, evil people, vain people, etc. But don't think powerful people are off the hook! Brapan will look up to you but also envy and consider you a training partner even if you don't. 

Pure evil people however get into a special place in her heart. Brapan hates seeing someone cause wanton destruction and committing vile deeds for no other reason than for their own pleasure. When it comes to morality she can be somewhat unfair as well, not seeing her own issues and pointing out when another has gone too far.


Brapan's inability to defeat Beerus in her universe is a constant source of frustration to her. She refuses to settle for less and is constantly aiming to unlock Super Saiyan God level strength without the ritual Goku had used. For now she settles for the small victories and growing from each one. Originally she was aiming for just the strongest of Universe 28 and constantly fighting her universes best for the top spot... but now that other universes are a thing, Brapan has begun to change her objective if only a little.
