The kitsunein is a species of vulpine humanoids that inhabit an terrestrial topical-like planet called Titan. Titan is filled with beautiful nature and water surroundings. Their species live in numerous habitats such as jungles, forests, and cities. They are a race of beings that derived from the warrior race known as the Saiyans. Unlike saiyan's, the kitsunein's use family names to distinguish their familial ties.
The kitsunein are a race of people that enjoy fighting and growing stronger. The most notable trait of these kitsunein are: they are incredibly devious and cunning, as expected of a vulpine species. they are highly manipulative and only cherish immediate family. The kitsunein are highly intelligent and establish the belief of brain and matter, matters. They built an government system that benefits all people with fairness and tranquility, they call it: the vulpstitution. Three branches of government while also not having absolute power. These ideas were all from the first Kitsunein who had detested the ways of King vegeta's dictatorship.
There were cities as well as lots of technology, and many fighters among the populace. The kitsunein were pioneer's on titan as far as intelligent beings come to play, the only other inhabiters are merely animals of the world, and their unique plant life, and fish life.

a single man and woman saiyan couple had fled planet vegeta many moons before their devastation. though they had crash landed on a planet known as: Namek. Namek was a friendly planet that had helped the two saiyan's get back on their feet and provided a high tech ship to go to wherever they please and make a new home in the universe. Except before they took were granted this favor, they were also granted right to a wish from their eternal dragon. Their wish was to alter their DNA to be different from saiyan's, more fox-like. With that, they set off to their new home world that would be: Titan.
The kitsunein's are a race of intellect and style; as such their architecture is like no other without competition, they mastered the art of building with grace and accomplished many feats, the most notable would be their integration of ki in technology. They use the resources of their world to it's fullest potential.
Kitsunein's are born with a fox-like tail that is the color of their normal fur color, with three whisker marks on both sides of their face, much like regular humans with fox features.
All kitsunein's are considered equals on an individual level, except when it came to power, it was a completely different story as their military consisted of ranked soldiers that were placed according to their power level. The kitsunein's don't have any religion or anything, nor do they serve under anyone except the government. Though anyone is free to leave the world as they please or go elsewhere as there is no one tied down to their government.
Physiology:
Kitsunein's look ordinarily like human's or saiyan's except they have fox ear's on top of their head's. They can willfully make their nail's grow into sharp claws. much like saiyans, tehy have tails except a bushy fox-like tail; some kitsunein's are born with one or momre tails depending on their power level at birth. If in any event that the kitsunein loses their tail(s), it will grow back in a matter of a few days. After fighting and recovering from injuries and life and death lacerations they gain a power boost: which is the zenkai. The kitsunein's pupils are normally slits.
Great Fox
On the sight of a full moon of any kind, a Kitsunein will unwillingly turn into a colossal sized fox that rampages everything in it's path. This form can be trained with discipline and mental stability. This form is achievable at will to the degree of a mastery level which includes full consciousness and intellect. This form can be canceled by cutting off all the fox's tails.

Super Kitsunein
The next level of the Kitsunein race. A legend in it's own right like their predecessor race. The Kitsunein's hair and tail, and furry ears turns a bright cerulean blue, as well as a fiery blue aura. The eyes turn completely golden and whisker marks become more defined and feral. This form is hard to control and will increase muscle mass in a negative way if not controlled which will slow the Kitsunein greatly and leave them at a disadvantage.

Only issue that I am seeing is that this transformation can be controlled. Meaning that a x20 power boost, a tower sized monster, and something that can shoot blast out of it's "Tails" Once you add all of that together it gets a little op. With some edits I can accept.

Well just like a super saiyan, you'd need to be in the form to master it, to control the beast that derives from that transformations. I figured since this forum is based off of honor system instead of actual "strategy wins" that it wouldn't be a problem, but I will decrease the power to x10 and change feral after after 4 posts, I figured if two posts the beast becomes feral it would balance it out. The amount of tail's it has is based on the amount of tails the character has, they do not grow extra tails

Lmao, that'd be a bit ridiculous for one to have 100 tails. The limit shall be 9 just as the japanese legend goes, that the fox spirit has 9 tails. I won't state the exact power level that the person needs to be for the amount of tails they could have because all kitsunein will start at 250 plvl regardless, so that is up to the creator's imagination.
