 Herans display a strong cultural similarity to the Saiyans of the North Galaxy; a strong drive for conflict fuels conquest throughout their galaxy. The Herans travel the stars pillaging, destroying, and inevitably overtaking every planet in their wake, never satisfied to stay in place and command when there are riches of another world to plunder. Herans originate from the West Galaxy, but have spread throughout the entire universe with some ease. Starting Power Level - 250 | Madness The body bulking up in a fashion so unnatural as to be almost grotesque. Growing drunk off their own diseased intellect, they act recklessly regardless of which path they have been put on and work to not only defeat their enemies but to annihilate them utterly. At first, this form is all but impossible to control and simply taking it will cause latent mental problems to become exacerbated. However, as they use it more they can learn to, if not entirely control it, at least correctly aim it.Requirements

Insanity The Truly Mad devolve beyond the level of a beast and into the shape of a primal force, misshapen and twisted body perfectly matching their psychosis. This form grants immense speed and disturbed reflexes as they thrash about wildly, searching for more things to bring to ruin. Unlike the Madness state, they are incapable of ever really controlling themselves. This drawback is made up for by an inhuman will to fight and survive, that often allows the Truly Mad to kick, bite and claw their way out of otherwise lethal situations.Requirements
