Originating from worlds far outside the reach of fundamental reality, Kaioshin act as deities on nearly every inhabited planet in the universe, only the most elite of their species remaining in the immortal realms to oversee the processes of the universe as a whole. Kaioshin often serve as the rulers of planets, with competitive tendencies in their search for power necessary to take a position of true godhood. | Overseer Having demonstrated their reliability through faithful service in the cause of Order, a Kaioshin may find themselves on the receiving end of a promotion to Overseer. They will start out commanding a handful of lesser Kaioshin, with more Systems being placed under their command as they mature. It is their duty to keep an eye on all the lesser Kais under them and ensure proper conduct. To achieve this, they are granted increased power by their superiors.Requirements
Effects
Grand Kai After sufficiently distinguishing themself from the rest of their peers, an Overseer may be promoted to the rank of Grand Kai. Each Grand Kai is responsible for the management of a single galaxy and all of the Kaioshin working therein. This tremendous increase in responsbility comes with an equally monumental growth in power, assisting the newly minted Grand Kai in both keeping their underlings under control and dealing with threats on a galactic scale.Requirements
Effects
Supreme Kai Arguably the hardest rank for any Kai to achieve is Supreme Kai. As there are only four at any one time, no Grand Kai may rise to this rank unless one of the existing Supreme Kais leaves their post for whatever reason. Usually, a Supreme Kai will elect his own successor, unless they died in action, at which point the survivors will decide between them. Being a Supreme Kai means watching over an entire quadrant, one quarter, of the known Universe and, as such, carries with it immense power and responsibility.Requirements
